Walking around art

There seems to be art almost everywhere around here.  Yesterday I was out walking around and took photos of what I encountered.

Some art is old, like this fascinating door surround, on an otherwise ordinary looking building.

Some art is new, like this whale mural on the freeway underpass.

And some art is a reproduction of classic pieces.  This reproduction of a Roman piece was in the jardin adjacent to the museum of antiquities.
