A walk about town

This afternoon, after visiting the tourist office for information about this season's current events, I just walked around a few blocks on my way back to our apartment.  I took a few photos to show what the narrow streets in the old town look like.

Then, as I walked down the hill behind the amphitheater, I stopped to look at a lovely old church up above the ramparts.

This is the east side of our apartment building, located about 2 blocks below the old church.  It is very modern.  Our unit is on the west side, which is hidden from view.
