Today was still a bit breezy, but we headed off to le Grau du Roi to rent bikes and ride along the bike trail up to Aigues Mortes. We faced a strong head wind along the canal, but pushed ahead motivated by our tradition of cafe et croissants at a small, corner cafe on the main square, inside the walled city.

Heading back towards the Mediterranean was less windy and much more enjoyable. We saw lots of flamingos, and a few swans.
