One of the first sculptures that we saw was Le Penseur, The Thinker. This well known piece is quite large and mounted on a pedestal about 5 feet high. And for a few minutes, the sky was blue and the sun shone upon it.
Le Baiser, The Kiss is another of August Rodin's most famous works.
La Port de L'enfer, the Gates of Hell, was a very large piece, with Adam standing to the left of the door, and Eve on the right side.
Included in the Gates of Hell, I spotted a small, replica Thinker.
One last piece.
Another nice day touring an art museum in Paris.
