Of all the extraordinary vistas along the Seine in Paris, I was startled to see how many of the photos that I had taken on a short cruise contained horses.
Today, we rode the Batobus (hop on hop off), and cycled along both sides of the Seine.

The first horses we saw were ridden by a pair of mounted gendarmes, as we rode bikes to the nearest Batobus stop (sorry no photo). Then once onboard, we encountered an amazing array of art (in addition to the gorgeous architecture).
