Some of what lives associated with anemones

As I dive, I am drawn to the community of shrimp that are associated with sea anemones here. Many of the shrimp are cleaner species, and occasionally we see fish stopping at anemones for a cleaning. But many times, we see the shrimp out waving their antennae, or jumping about.

Today's post features two species of shrimp: the Pederson cleaner shrimp (which is bluish purple, and reaches about 1 inch in length) and the squat anemone shrimp (which is reddish brown with white saddles across the back, and ranges from 1/4 to 3/4 inches in length, also a cleaner).
